Aditya Ispat to approve preferential issue

Aditya Ispat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2010, inter alia, has considered further issue of capital by way of Preferential Issue Convertible Warrants / Equity shares, in accordance with the prevelling Preferential issue Guidelines.

The stock closed the day at Rs.11.80, up by Rs.0.56 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.80 and low of Rs.11.

The total traded quantity was 4060 compared to 2 week average of 6841.
