Diamond Power Infrastructure converts 20 lakh warrants

Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 09, 2010, inter alia, have decided to convert its 20,00,000 Equity Warrants into Equity Shares which were allotted to Diamond Tele-Cabs Pvt. Ltd on November 21, 2009. It was decided that the said shares will also be entitled for Bonus Shares in ratio 1:3 as decided by the Board Meeting held on October 29, 2009 and the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on November 21, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.230.80, up by Rs.10.80 or 4.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.246 and low of Rs.223.20.

The total traded quantity was 1123160 compared to 2 week average of 284114.
