HCL Technologies allots 1284492 equity shares

HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that The Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company has on June 30, 2010 allotted 12,84,492 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Stock Option Plans of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone upto 678,783,812 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 135,75,67,624/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.359.70, down by Rs.5.20 or 1.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.369 and low of Rs.359.

The total traded quantity was 31242 compared to 2 week average of 3138079.
