Nexxoft Infotel to consider allotment of 3.5 million shares

Nexxoft Infotel Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2010, inter alia, to consider and allot 35,00,000 equity shares to the promoter and others on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.31.25, up by Rs.2.15 or 7.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.32.30 and low of Rs.28.20.
