Glodyne Technoserve allots 9420 Shares under ESOS

Glodyne Technoserve Ltd has announced that the ESOS Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2010, has approved allotment of 9,420 (Nine Thousand Four Hundred & Twenty Only) equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each to the employees/option grantees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 {ESOS 06) of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.702.05, up by Rs.21.95 or 3.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.714.80 and low of Rs.685.

The total traded quantity was 75043 compared to 2 week average of 98602.
