HDIL allots 80 lakh shares on conversion of warrants

Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2010, allotted 80,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each against conversion of warrants issued to the promoters at a price of Rs. 240/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.227.30, up by Rs.16.95 or 8.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.227.90 and low of Rs.213.60.

The total traded quantity was 2662470 compared to 2 week average of 1297409.
