Indo Asian Fusegear to consider allotment of 890000 warrants

Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2010, to consider the allotment of 8,90,000 Zero Coupon convertible Warrants to Promoters of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.67.05, down by Rs.1.25 or 1.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.69.50 and low of Rs.66.70.
