GTL Infrastructure allots 1800000 Options under ESOS

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board at its meeting held on May 04, 2010, has allotted 18,00,000 Options at Conversion Price of Rs. 30.52 per options, in terms of the Employees Stock Options Scheme 2005 of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.40.10, down by Rs.0.60 or 1.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.10 and low of Rs.39.65.

The total traded quantity was 625175 compared to 2 week average of 530545.
