RPG Life Sciences allots 7 lakh shares

RPG Life Sciences Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) at its meeting held on March 31, 2010 has issued and allotted 7,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 8/- each at a price of Rs. 23.70 per share including premium of Rs. 15.70 per share, to Petrochem International Ltd., on conversion of equivalent number of convertible warrants earlier issued to Petrochem International Ltd. on preferential basis, in accordance with the SEBI Guidelines for Preferential Issues.

The stock closed the day at Rs.73.20, down by Rs.0.50 or 0.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.74.50 and low of Rs.73.

The total traded quantity was 6988 compared to 2 week average of 125984.
