Aryaman Financial Services allots 951000 shares

Aryaman Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2010, has allotted 9,51,000 Equity Shares against conversion of Equity Share Warrants, which were earlier issued to promoter. The Company has already received the balance money receivables against these Warrants. Further the Board of Directors of the Company has also allotted 5,05,000 Equity Shares to M/s. BCB Finance Pvt. Ltd as passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.61, up by Rs.0.63 or 4.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.61 and low of Rs.13.20.

The total traded quantity was 110 compared to 2 week average of 983.
