Karur Vysya Bank to grant 529750 Options

Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of the Bank at its meeting held on February 24, 2010, has decided to grant 5,29,750 to eligible employees of the Bank as Second Tranche under KVB ESOS 2008 Scheme of the Bank.

The stock was trading at Rs.436.30, up by Rs.4.35 or 1.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.439 and low of Rs.430.

The total traded quantity was 6037 compared to 2 week average of 12499.
