Magma Fincorp to consider preferential issue on Mar 13, 2010

Magma Fincorp Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2010, inter alia, to consider the matter of issue and allotment of Warrants on Preferential basis to the Promoters of the Company, subject to the necessary approvals from the shareholders and other authorities as may be required.

The stock closed the day at Rs.250.25, down by Rs.1.15 or 0.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.254 and low of Rs.243.55.

The total traded quantity was 185313 compared to 2 week average of 253053.
