Spectacle Industries to consider fund raising on Feb 23, 2010

Spectacle Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 23, 2010, inter alia, to consider the various options for the fund raising of the Company.

The Board will also consider and approve making investment, loan, giving guarantee.

The stock was trading at Rs.86.75, up by Rs.1.85 or 2.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.87.90 and low of Rs.86.
