HCL Technologies allots 413992 shares under ESOP

HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company has on January 21, 2010 allotted 4,13,992 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Stock Option Plans of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone upto 674,497,984 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 134,89,95,968/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.376.20, up by Rs.5.95 or 1.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.378.50 and low of Rs.355.

The total traded quantity was 108708 compared to 2 week average of 210031.
