GL Hotels to consider amalgamation of Mayfair Banquets Pvt Ltd

GL Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Scheme of Arrangement for the amalgamation of Mayfair Banquets Pvt Ltd with the Company.
The Scheme shall be placed before the Board of Directors for its consideration and approval. The aforesaid amalgamation if approved by the Board shall be subject to necessary approvals including in particular the shareholders of both the Companies, as also sanction of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay.
