Top-line Expansion: Higher demand across lodging and F&B operations lifted top-line revenues by ₹174.99 Lakhs YoY.

Finance Cost Reduction: Finance expenses dropped 22.43% YoY to ₹85.65 Lakhs from ₹110.42 Lakhs, pointing to debt reduction or optimized borrowing rates.

Controlled Expense Growth: Total expenses increased modest 7.33% YoY to ₹1,058.33 Lakhs, enabling strong operating leverage to flow straight to net margins.

Sequential Movement (QoQ): Revenue moderated from ₹1,496.59 Lakhs in Q4 FY26 due to typical seasonal trends in hospitality following the peak Q4 quarter.
