Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) Reports Q1 FY27 Results; Standalone PAT Rises 7.7% YoY to ₹277.65 Crore; Declares ₹1.60 Interim Dividend

Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) has announced its un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).

On a standalone basis, the Navratna PSU reported a 7.74% year-on-year (YoY) increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) to ₹277.65 crore, supported by steady top-line execution and operational cost management.

Interim Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of 32% (₹1.60 per equity share of face value ₹5/- each) for FY 2026-27, amounting to ₹121.86 crore.

Profit Before Tax (PBT): Advanced 5.22% YoY to ₹364.61 crore, up from ₹346.53 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹339.98 crore in Q4 FY26.

Tax Provisioning: Total tax expense for the quarter stood at ₹86.96 crore (Current tax of ₹74.13 crore and Deferred tax of ₹12.83 crore).

Net Profit After Tax (PAT): Rose 7.74% YoY to ₹277.65 crore, compared to ₹257.71 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹258.23 crore in Q4 FY26 (up 7.52% QoQ).

Total Comprehensive Income: Stood at ₹280.16 crore (up from ₹256.74 crore in Q1 FY26).

Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS stood at ₹3.65 per share (face value ₹5/- each), compared to ₹3.38 in Q1 FY26 and ₹3.39 in Q4 FY26.

Revenue from Operations: Stood at ₹2,159.76 crore, compared to ₹2,153.63 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹2,263.30 crore in Q4 FY26.

Total Income: Came in at ₹2,245.26 crore (versus ₹2,248.84 crore in Q1 FY26).

Profit Before Tax (PBT): Reported at ₹360.11 crore, compared to ₹349.04 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹341.71 crore in Q4 FY26.

Net Profit After Tax (PAT - Total): Stood at ₹268.90 crore, up 0.61% YoY from ₹267.28 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹263.50 crore in Q4 FY26.

PAT Attributable to Owners: Reported at ₹272.46 crore (versus ₹259.13 crore in Q1 FY26).

Consolidated EPS: Basic and Diluted EPS stood at ₹3.53 per share, compared to ₹3.51 in Q1 FY26 and ₹3.46 in Q4 FY26.

Segment Revenue: Grew 2.34% YoY to ₹1,433.54 crore, compared to ₹1,400.82 crore in Q1 FY26 (down 4.25% QoQ from ₹1,497.18 crore).

Segment PBIT: Increased 7.68% YoY to ₹312.28 crore, compared to ₹290.02 crore in Q1 FY26 (down 10.80% QoQ from ₹350.10 crore).

Capital Employed: Stood at ₹3,940.39 crore as of June 30, 2026.

2. Domestic Segment

Segment Revenue: Came in at ₹720.50 crore, compared to ₹748.71 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹759.66 crore in Q4 FY26.

Segment PBIT: Stood at ₹25.36 crore, compared to ₹37.51 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹1.72 crore in Q4 FY26.

Capital Employed: Stood at ₹3,139.43 crore as of June 30, 2026.
