HCL Infosystems allots 955 equity shares

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on January 15, 2010 has allotted 955 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (855 nos. of equity shares at a premium of Rs. 105.63 & 100 nos. of equity shares at a premium of Rs. 127.75) per shares, to the employees on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000 & Employee Stock Plan 2005.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.165.80, down by Rs.3 or 1.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.167 and low of Rs.163.10.
