GTL Infrastructure allots 6649990 Equity Shares upon conversion of ESOS options

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on December 30, 2009, has considered and approved the allotment of 66,49,990 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, upon conversion of options under Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2005.

The stock closed the day at Rs.35.65, down by Rs.0.90 or 2.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.36.90 and low of Rs.35.50.
