Unity Infraprojects raises Rs 73.343 crores

Unity Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the QIP Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 24, 2009, has allotted 1,449,476 equity shares at a price of Rs. 506.00 per equity share, including a premium of Rs. 496.00 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 733.43 million.

The stock was trading at Rs.523, up by Rs.13.80 or 2.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.529.70 and low of Rs.515.

The total traded quantity was 20620 compared to 2 week average of 27432.
