India Cements allots 31750 Equity Shares

India Cements Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on December 07, 2009, has allotted 31,750 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up at a premium of Rs. 40/- per share to the employees who have exercised their stock options under ICL ESOS, 2006. Consequently, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has gone up from Rs. 282.55 Crores to Rs. 282.58 crores.

The stock closed the day at Rs.113.80, down by Rs.1.50 or 1.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.115.30 and low of Rs.113.30.

The total traded quantity was 193092 compared to 2 week average of 623651.
