HDFC allots 26099 Equity Shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on September 29, 2009, allotted 26,099 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 284,90,54,620 consisting 28,49,05,462 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2764.35, up by Rs.13.55 or 0.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2803.90 and low of Rs.2750.

The total traded quantity was 91707 compared to 2 week average of 126471.
