Seasons Textiles to consider cancellation of warrants on Sep 19, 2009

Seasons Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 19, 2009, inter alia, to consider the cancellation of 54,09,700 Convertible Warrants issued by the Company on March 07, 2008 and forfeit the upfront amount received from the warrant holders @ Rs. 1.40 per warrant.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6.36, up by Rs.0.06 or 0.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.59 and low of Rs.6.36.

The total traded quantity was 1200 compared to 2 week average of 873.
