Interworld Digital allots 2 crore warrants

Interworld Digital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2009, has allotted 2,00,00,000 convertible warrants to the persons belonging to the Promoter Group and Non-promoter group.

Under Promoter Group - 34,49,600 Convertible warrants were allotted and for Non-Promoter Group - 1,65,50,400 Convertible warrants were allotted. The warrant holders have the right to convert their Convertible warrants into Equity shares within a period of 18 months from September 07, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1.31, down by Rs.0.03 or 2.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1.36 and low of Rs.1.27.

The total traded quantity was 9500 compared to 2 week average of 23728.
