Educomp Solutions allots 3990 Shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that Remuneration Committee of the Company on August 13, 2009 has allotted 3,990 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their conversion option under ESOP Scheme 2006.

Post allotment Paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs 18,93,58,370/- consisting of 1,89,35,837 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each to Rs 18,93,98,270/- consisting of 1,89,39,827 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.3815, down by Rs.118.90 or 3.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3900 and low of Rs.3765.

The total traded quantity was 126145 compared to 2 week average of 266248.
