Farmax Retail allots 16 lakh warrants

Farmax Retail (India) Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2009, has allotted 16,00,000 (Sixteen Lakhs) Equity Warrants on preferential basis with each Warrant Convertible with in 18 months into One Equity Share of nominal value of Rs 10/- at a price of Rs 25/- which includes a premium of Rs 15/- per share to the persons under NON-PROMOTER CATEGORY.

The stock closed the day at Rs.148, down by Rs.5.40 or 3.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.158 and low of Rs.147.05.

The total traded quantity was 16976 compared to 2 week average of 41973.
