Amtek Auto allots 1.5 crore Warrants

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on July 08, 2009 has allotted 150,00,000 warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 131/- aggregating to Rs 199.50 Crores to the promoters group Companies by way of preferential allotment.

The stock closed the day at Rs.114.20, down by Rs.4.25 or 3.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.120 and low of Rs.113.

The total traded quantity was 7631 compared to 2 week average of 15362.
