Era Infra allots 3.5 crore warrants

Era Infra Engineering Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2009 has allotted 3,50,00,000 convertible warrants on preferential basis at a price of Rs 85/- per warrant.

The stock closed the day at Rs.105.15, up by Rs.2.80 or 2.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.106.20 and low of Rs.102.75.

The total traded quantity was 171443 compared to 2 week average of 168789.
