Firstsource Solutions cancels US$9 million worth bonds

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated March 25, 2009 regarding the repurchase of Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012 ("Bonds") aggregating USD 15.8 million, that Bonds aggregating USD 9.0 million have been cancelled.

The nominal amount of Bonds outstanding after this cancellation is USD 248.1 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.48, down by Rs.0.44 or 2.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.80 and low of Rs.14.20.

The total traded quantity was 2356978 compared to 2 week average of 4319401.
