Rana Sugars reconsidering allotment of 22,00,000 equity shares to promoters

Rana Sugars Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2006 after reconsidering the matter, has recommended to the shareholders for allotment of 22,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 21/- per share aggregating to Rs 6,82,00,000/- to the Directors / Promoters of the Company on preferential basis.
