Temptation Foods EGM approves raising US$ 200 Million

Temptation Foods Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on October 03, 2008, inter alia, have approved the issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds / Fully or Partly, Optionally or Compulsorily Bonds / ADRs / GDRs / or any other financial instrument up to USD 200 Million.

The Stock was trading at Rs.270, up by Rs.0.40 or 0.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.272 and low of Rs.267.
