Tantia Constructions to issue securities

Tantia Constructions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 17, 2008, has recommended the following resolution to be approved by the members of the Company at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting as on September 24, 2008 to offer for subscription, warrants of the Company on preferential basis, to any of the prompter / promoter group / person acting in concern, to be converted into equity shares of the Company, aggregating not more than 8,00,000 (eight lacs) equity shares (one warrant to be converted into one equity share) at a price to be determined as per SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines 2000 and subject to the necessary provisions and approvals.
