Mold Tek allots 580000 shares on merger

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2008, inter alia, has approved allotment of shares 5,80,000 no's to share holders of erstwhile Teckmen Tools (P) Ltd pursuant to the scheme of arrangement.
