Kross Limited (NSE: KROSS, BSE: 544252), a leading manufacturer of high-engineered auto components and forging products, today announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).

The company delivered a solid year-on-year (YoY) financial performance, driven by expanding operational scale and disciplined cost execution.

Financial Overview (Q1 FY27 vs Q1 FY26 & Q4 FY26)

Note: All monetary figures are converted from Rs. Millions to INR Crore for consistency (1 Crore = 10 Million).

Revenue from Operations: Grew 32.28% YoY to ₹184.34 crore, up from ₹139.36 crore in Q1 FY26 (down 18.23% QoQ from ₹225.45 crore in Q4 FY26).

Total Income: Advanced 30.60% YoY to ₹184.73 crore, compared to ₹141.44 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹226.29 crore in Q4 FY26.

Profit Before Tax (PBT): Increased 28.53% YoY to ₹17.83 crore, compared to ₹13.87 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹30.07 crore in Q4 FY26.

Tax Expenses: Stood at ₹4.52 crore (Current tax of ₹4.44 crore and Deferred tax of ₹0.07 crore), compared to ₹3.17 crore in Q1 FY26.

Profit After Tax (PAT): Rose 24.41% YoY to ₹13.31 crore, compared to ₹10.70 crore in Q1 FY26 (down 40.71% QoQ from ₹22.45 crore in Q4 FY26).

Total Comprehensive Income: Came in at ₹13.32 crore, up 24.97% YoY from ₹10.66 crore in Q1 FY26.

Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for the quarter stood at ₹2.06 per equity share (face value ₹5/- each, not annualized), up from ₹1.66 in Q1 FY26.

Key Expense Breakdown (Q1 FY27)

Total expenses for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹166.90 crore, up 30.82% YoY from ₹127.57 crore in Q1 FY26:

Cost of Materials Consumed: ₹101.61 crore (versus ₹90.08 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹123.09 crore in Q4 FY26).

Changes in Inventories (Finished Goods & WIP): ₹0.17 crore (versus ₹23.36 crore in Q1 FY26 and -₹0.12 crore in Q4 FY26).

Employee Benefits Expense: ₹10.29 crore (versus ₹9.01 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹11.36 crore in Q4 FY26).

Finance Costs: ₹2.11 crore (versus ₹2.05 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹1.89 crore in Q4 FY26).

Depreciation & Amortization: ₹3.01 crore (versus ₹2.47 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹2.47 crore in Q4 FY26).

Other Expenses: ₹49.72 crore (versus ₹38.89 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹57.55 crore in Q4 FY26).

Capital Structure & Balance Sheet Position

Paid-Up Equity Share Capital: Stood unchanged at ₹32.26 crore (Face Value of ₹5/- per share).

Other Equity: Stood at ₹457.51 crore as of March 31, 2026.

Strategic Developments:

Precision hydraulic tipping jacks for dumpers & tip trailers successfully launched with encouraging initial feedback. 220 kits produced in Q1 FY27, with further scaling planned in subsequent quarters.

Axle Beam Extrusion Plant commissioned on February 27, 2026, Commercial production commenced in July 2026, Axle volumes increased 34% YoY.

Progress on seamless tube facility and forging capabilities. Piercing mill received; sizing and straightening mills are on high seas and progressing as per schedule

High-Pressure moulding line for foundry expected by September 2026 which will double the existing capacity in castings.

Axle Shafts production facility using advanced robotic forging technology (including material gathering and press forging processes adopted by leading global manufacturers) is on track for commissioning by September 2026.
