Driven by sustained momentum in its core domestic FMCG portfolio and accelerated growth across its international branded business, the company delivered a strong performance for the quarter, with Group Consolidated Net Profit expanding 28.77% YoY to ₹427.19 crore.

Revenue from Operations: Consolidated operational revenue reached ₹5,348.88 crore, registering an 11.93% YoY growth compared to ₹4,778.91 crore in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, revenue stood at ₹5,433.62 crore in Q4 FY26.
Total Income: Reached ₹5,420.82 crore (including other income of ₹71.94 crore), up 12.46% YoY from ₹4,820.08 crore in Q1 FY26.
Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rose 27.24% YoY to ₹592.21 crore, compared to ₹465.42 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹641.17 crore in Q4 FY26. No exceptional items were recorded for the quarter.
Net Profit After Tax (PAT): Consolidated net profit before JV/Associate share reached ₹444.86 crore (up 28.41% YoY from ₹346.44 crore in Q1 FY26).
Group Consolidated Net Profit: Including the share of loss in associates and joint ventures (-₹17.67 crore), group net profit surged 28.77% YoY to ₹427.19 crore, against ₹331.75 crore in Q1 FY26.
Profit Attributable to Parent Owners: Stood at ₹426.98 crore, up 27.78% YoY from ₹334.15 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹419.08 crore in Q4 FY26.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS improved to ₹4.31 per share (face value Re 1/- each), compared to ₹3.38 in Q1 FY26 and ₹4.24 in Q4 FY26.
Total Comprehensive Income: Stood at ₹440.07 crore (with ₹436.25 crore attributable to owners of the parent).

1. Branded Business (Core FMCG)
India Branded Business: Revenue expanded 13.26% YoY to ₹3,540.30 crore (versus ₹3,125.70 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹3,327.91 crore in Q4 FY26). Segment results surged 35.70% YoY to ₹393.95 crore (up from ₹290.29 crore in Q1 FY26).
International Branded Business: Revenue rose 17.25% YoY to ₹1,342.80 crore, compared to ₹1,145.20 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹1,418.09 crore in Q4 FY26. Segment results reached ₹175.21 crore, up 13.37% YoY from ₹154.55 crore in Q1 FY26.
Total Branded Business Revenue: Climbed 14.33% YoY to ₹4,883.10 crore (accounting for 91.3% of total segment turnover). Total Branded segment results grew 27.95% YoY to ₹569.17 crore.
2. Non-Branded Business
Segment Revenue: Stood at ₹497.64 crore (versus ₹535.75 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹714.41 crore in Q4 FY26).
Segment Results: Amounted to ₹49.07 crore, compared to ₹64.52 crore in Q1 FY26.
Operating Margins & Cost Structure
The company achieved expansion in profitability metrics, with the Operating Margin improving to 10.56% (up 80 bps YoY from 9.76% in Q1 FY26) and the Net Profit Margin expanding to 7.99% (up 108 bps YoY from 6.91% in Q1 FY26).
Consolidated total expenses for Q1 FY27 rose 10.88% YoY to ₹4,828.61 crore (versus ₹4,354.66 crore in Q1 FY26), reflecting controlled cost structures relative to top-line growth:
