Biocon Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Biocon Ltd has recommended final dividend at the rate of 10% i.e. Re. 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Friday, July 03, 2026 as the record date for determining entitlement of shareholders to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend will be paid on or before August 31, 2026.

Shares of Biocon Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 380.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 382.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 372921 in over 8732 trades.
