LTM Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 53

The Board of Directors of LTM Ltd have recommended a final dividend of INR 53/- per equity share of Re. 1 each, for approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

Subject to approval of Members, the final dividend will be paid within 10 days from conclusion of the AGM. Record Date for the purpose of determining members eligibility to receive the final dividend and the date & time of the AGM, shall be intimated in due course.

Shares of LTM Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4520.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4604.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11091 in over 1516 trades.
