Phoenix Mills approves allotment of 9166665 shares

Phoenix Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on August 04, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the allotment of 91,66,665 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to the shareholders of Ruia Real Estate Developers Pvt Ltd (RREDCPL) pursuant to the sanction of the Scheme of Arrangement between RREDCPL and the Company by the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay.
