Rohit Ferro to conider conversion of warrants on Aug 11, 2008

Rohit Ferro Tech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2008, inter alia, for Conversion of warrants into Equity Shares issued to Strategic Investors of Non-promoter Group, and also to appoint new directors on the Board of the Company.
