Ascensive Educare Ltd enters into MOUs with Samagra Shikhas for Vocational Education

Ascensive Educare Ltd has entered into MOUs with SAMAGRA SHIKSHA for Vocational Education and implementation under the Vocational Education Component in alignment with National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) in 117 Schools in the State of Madhya Pradesh, reflecting our commitment to excellence and our ongoing efforts to contribute meaningfully to this sector.

The MoU is valid for an initial period of 1 (One) academic Session from the date of work order issued by the Samagra Shiksha to the company. Every year, performance of VTP will be reviewed by the Samagra Shiksha. If performance is up to the mark, then the agreement will be extended for next academic session. Extension can be provided for maximum 3 academic sessions. However, in case the approval of the company from the NSDC to impart fee-based training program is suspended or terminated by the NSDC, the contract along with this amendment shall stand determined and terminated with immediate effect.

The order value is approx. INR 3,12,18,000/- (Rupees Three Crores Twelve Lakhs Eighteen Thousand Only)
