Fire at PG Electroplast Ltd's warehouse at Surajpur, Greater Noida

On March 08, 2024 at around 10:00 AM, fire occurred at one of PG Electroplast Limited's warehouse situated at E-31, Site-B, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Surajpur, Greater Noida - 201306.

The fire was extinguished with the help of fire department. There are no human injuries or casualties. The Company is in the process of ascertaining the cause of the fire and the quantum of damages to the stock which was kept at the warehouse.

As per the preliminary assessment, this unfortunate incident does not have any material bearing on the overall operations/performance of the Company. However, the company is in the process of appraising the actual impact.

There is adequate insurance coverage for the stock and intimation to the Insurance Company has already been made.

Shares of PG Electroplast Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1644.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1673.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2569 in over 479 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1686.90 and intraday low of 1638.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4265022.00.
