HDFC Bank agrees for entering into OTS with Archit Organosys Limited

Today HDFC Bank has agreed for entering into One Time Settlement (OTS) for full and final amicable settlement and withdrawal of cases filed in various judicial authorities with regard to long pending issue in respect of recovery of dues pertaining to derivative contract for sale of foreign currency. HDFC has agreed for consolidated amount of Rs. 250.46 Lakh (subject to adjustment of aggregate amount of Interest on Fixed Deposit already placed with the Bank).

The payment for OTS will be made in instalment as per agreed terms.
