Insolation Energy Ltd - Business Update

Insolation Energy Limited (INA Solar) has provided a business update covering the main Board Migration status, module supply order book and the status of its wholly owned subsidiary Insolation Green Energy Private Limited which includes the module, cell and aluminium business:

1. Main Board Migration Status:

The Company successfully applied for migration from the SME Platform of BSE Limited to the Main Board of BSE Limited on 03rd December 2025, along with the requisite processing fees.

2. Status of 4.5 GW PV Module manufacturing plant located at Sawarda, Jaipur:

Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has already commenced commercial operations of its new 3 GW PV Module manufacturing lines located at Sawarda, Jaipur. The Company expects to commence for balance 1.5 GW by January, 2026. Also INA got the BIS certification for G12R panels up to 635WP & ALMM approval will follow soon.

3. Status of 4.5 GW for Solar Cell Manufacturing and 18,000 MT for Aluminium Frame Manufacturing plant at Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh:

- 4.5 GW Solar TopCon G12R Cell Manufacturing:-

a. Civil and PEB construction work started in full swing.

b. Major plant equipment orders have been placed and advance released.

c. Utility design packages are in the final stages of discussion and long lead items are being ordered to keep the project timeline on track.

- 18,000 MT for Aluminium Frame Manufacturing:

a. Civil and PEB construction work has started, foundations being made for the main plant.

b. Major plant and machinery order have been placed and advance released.

4. Order Book:

The Current order book for INA group are as follows:-

- For supply of Solar Module are 1750 MW.
- For EPC projects orders 625 MW.
