Veer Energy & Infrastructure Ltd approves 1:3 rights issue

The Board of Directors of Veer Energy & Infrastructure Limited at its meeting held today, i. e. 28th February, 2024, has decided and approved to issue new 49,87,645 equity shares having face value of Rs . 10/- each at a premium of Rs . 12.50/- per share by way of Rights Issue to the existing shareholders of the Company at an issue price of Rs. 22.50/- per equity share in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. 1 (one) new Right Share for every 3 (three) existing Equity Shares held by the eligible shareholders aggregating amount up to Rs. 11.50 Crores (Rupees Eleven Crores Fifty Lakhs only).

Shares of VEER ENERGY & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 22.77 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.83. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56353 in over 330 trades.
