MNS Foods Ltd ceases to be subsidiary of Future Consumer Limited

MNS Foods Limited ("MNS Foods") has issued and allotted 12,50,000 (Twelve Lakh Fifty Thousand) equity shares, on a preferential basis to KSL Kantoor Food Products LLP on 18th December 2023, constituting 34.25% of the paid-up equity share capital of MNS Foods.

Consequent to allotment of the equity shares as aforesaid, MNS Foods has ceased to be a stepdown subsidiary of Future Consumer Limited with effect from 18th December, 2023.

Shares of Future Consumer Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 0.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 0.96. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2293762 in over 562 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 0.95 and intraday low of 0.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2179073.00.
