Omaxe Ltd acquires further 75% of FBD Real Grow Pvt Ltd

Omaxe Limited ("the Company") has acquired 7500 Equity Shares representing 75% of the Equity Share Capital of its Associate Company namely, FBD Real Grow Private Limited ("FBD") in which the Company had pre-acquisition holding of 25% of the Equity Share Capital. Consequent to the above, FBD has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 01.12.2023. In addition to above, the Company has also acquired, 90,000, 12% Fully Convertible Debentures ("Debentures") representing 100% of the Debentures of FBD.

Shares of Omaxe Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 77.52 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.62. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24964 in over 322 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 79.40 and intraday low of 77.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1955009.00.
