Kesoram Industries Ltd allots 90 lakh NCCRPS

The Fund Raising Committee of board of directors of Kesoram Industries Limited at its Meeting held today, December 15, 2022, have approved the allotment of 90,00,000 (Ninety Lakhs) unlisted 5% Non-Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares ("NCCRPS") of face value of Rs. 100/- each at par on private placement basis to Manav Investment and Trading Company Limited, a Promoter Shareholder.

The board also approved advance payment of interest on the Company's Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCD") for the period December 17, 2022 to February 16, 2023 on December 17, 2022. In other words, payment of interest for the period December 1, 2022 to December 16, 2022 will, as usual, be made on December 31, 2022 and for the period February 17, 2023 to February 28, 2023 will be made on February 28, 2023. The Record Date for such purposes shall remain December 16, 2022, as already communicated earlier except for the payment on February 28, 2023 will be fixed and announced in the due course.

Shares of Kesoram Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 59.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 59.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 93679 in over 1588 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 61.65 and intraday low of 59.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5683027.00.
