Swan Energy Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Swan Energy Ltd at its meeting held today, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, have recommended payment of Dividend @ 10% on Equity share of Rs. 1/- each, (Rs. 0.10 per share) for F.Y. 2021-22.
