TTK Prestige declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of TTK Prestige Ltd at its meeting held on February 01, 2022, have approved payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share.

The Company has fixed Record Date as 12th February, 2022 as Record for the payment of Interim Dividend.

The said Interim Dividend shall be paid to shareholders on March 02, 2022.
