Rodium Realty Limited ('the Company') has received the Commencement Certificate on March 27, 2025 for Proposed Residential cum Commercial building comprising of Basement floor + Ground floor (Shops) + 1st Floor (Commercial) + 2nd to 3rd Floor Podium (Parking) + 4th Floor Podium (Amenity) + 5th to 19th upper residential floors as per approved amended plans dated 12.02.2025, for its project 'XONE' situated at Building No. 51, Shankar Lane, Kandivali (west), Mumbai - 400067, Maharashtra, India.
